This software also have facility for online notice functioning. Student and Faculty can put up their Event, Seminars details in this online notice board.
This software also provide user to generate the reports, the generation of reports will be functioning differently for Admin module and Student/Faculty module. Admin can see the details of all the users in a monthly view or quarterly view or Half yearly view or yearly view according to the book issued for Student or Faculty. Student/Faculty can see the details of all the books under their account for a monthly view or quarterly view or Half yearly view or yearly view.
This software has Three modules like Admin module, User/Student module and Faculty module.
Admin Module can have access to everything in this project, Admin can add or delete any student and faculty, Admin can view all the details of the Student and Faculty, access to add new books, delete books. Any student or faculty need to go through Registration process and once Admin accept their request, these users will be able to access the software.
Student user have a particular access to software like searching for the books and borrow the books, they can also see the details of the books issue under their account where as Faculty user have few more extra access to the software like adding of books, updating the information about the books, buying of books apart from searching of books and borrowing of books.
